How to Reserve
All bookings can be made in person or by calling us at: (905) 723-2631. We prefer over the phone bookings to lower congestion at the desk. Bookings can be made during the week Monday through Friday 9 AM until 5 PM (over the phone) when our reservation desk is open or in person from 10am until 11pm. Bookings are not accepted over the phone on weekends. E-Mail bookings will NOT be accepted.
Please have the following ready for us when booking your party:
1) Which Package you prefer.
2) Preferred dates and start time.
3) How many people are attending.
4) If your group requires bumper lanes.
5) Any questions you may wish to ask..
No deposit is required unless there are more than 18 in the party!
Things to Remember:
* When writing your invitations allow 2 to 2 1/2 hours for your party depending on the package.
* Also put 15 minutes prior to your reservation time as the starting time to allow for late comers.
* No outside food is allowed except for a cake.
* All bowling parties bowl first, food second, rides and games at the end. You are allowed one (1) hour for your seating.
* If you bring a cake remember to bring plates and utensils. We supply everything for the food and drinks but not for the cake.
* Don’t forget to bring candles, camera’s, loot bags and the kids.
* Each lane can hold 6 persons. You can have as many lanes required providing they are available when we receive your booking.
* NEB’s accepts 3 forms of payment. Debit, Cash and Credit Card.
